Please choose your primary leather. By default this leather will be on all parts of the boot.
Please choose your secondary leather. Once selected, you will be able to assign it to any part of the boot allowed. Note: Exotic leathers marked with an * are only available on the toe, heal and pull loop/back plate.
This is the front center part of a shoe's toe and usually is sewn to the upper and heel counter. Any leather can be placed here.
If you elect to have a toe cap on your boots, this is where you choose your desired leather type/color. Some exotic leathers can't have a toe cap. Try changing the "Toe Vamp Leather" to find one that does.
A toe box is put in the toe of the boot to keep the shape - without a toe box, your boot will be soft and not keep its shape as much. All non-cowhide leathers require a toe box. Changes to the toe box don't visually change the boot.
A steel toe is used for safety applications or recreation purposes. All boots offered in a steel toe meet ASTI safety standards. Steel toes don't significantly effect the look of the boot and aren't pictured here.
A stiff piece of leather used to maintain a shoe's shape, and which is inserted between the shoe's lining and upper materials.
This option allows you to choose how tall or how short you want your boot. Visual options are provided for the 6", 8" and 10" heights. Others will not be pictured.
From heel to toe, this term refers to the all the parts of the shoe that cover the top of the foot. Many exotics aren't allowed on the upper as they aren't rigid enough.
Is a thin, glove-like leather liner that lines the entire boot. Some leathers require a leather liner. Leather liner choices will not effect the picture.
This is the finish on top of the boot.
The backstay is the portion of leather got runs vertical from the heel counter to the top of the boot.
A pull loop comes off the backstay and is an aid to help you pull you boot on.
You can choose what color you want your hardware to be. You can choose from Black Small AA, Brass, Antique or Nickel. Some leathers designated on the upper will disable Black Small AA as an option.
Choose the "Lace to Toe" or "Plain Toe" options.
Choose either a leather or nylon lace. A lace is used to tighten or loosen your boot to fit your foot.
A removable piece of leather that laces in.
The bottom most layer of material of the boot that touches the ground. This can be made of leather, rubber or compostion.
The mid section of the boot in-between the foot bed and the outsole made of leather.
The dye used around the perimeter of the boot to dye the leather. When a light colored sole is selected (Christy or 2021 sand) a natural edge is mandatory.
